This text describes how this platform currently works and is provided as a template; it should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and voucher. Requests that require manual confirmation are shown as “Awaiting confirmation” until our team confirms them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD per person unless stated otherwise and are recalculated on our servers at checkout. Online card payments, when offered, are processed by Stripe; otherwise a reservation request is confirmed by our team without charging your card.
Cancellations and changes
Each experience has its own cancellation policy, shown on the tour page and on your voucher. If an experience is cancelled by us (e.g. severe weather or safety reasons), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
On the day
Please arrive at the meeting point on time and bring your voucher (printed or on your phone). Guides may refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.
Reviews
Only travelers with a completed, verified booking can leave a review. Reviews are moderated against abuse but are never edited to change their meaning.
