Spend the morning in Sultanahmet at Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and Topkapı Palace with its Harem, then see the city from the water on a Bosphorus cruise between Europe and Asia. Each traveler receives a personal e-pass that our team activates by scanning it; it then stays valid for 24 hours.

Good to know

Activation point: next to the Sultanahmet tram stop (T1) on Divanyolu Caddesi — message us on WhatsApp when you arrive and our team will scan your passes. Your e-pass is activated when the HI NYC Travel team scans its QR code or barcode, and stays valid for 24 hours from that moment. Opening hours, visitor routes and closures are set by each attraction and can change (for example around prayer times at Hagia Sophia). Hagia Sophia is an active mosque: shoulders and knees must be covered and women are asked to cover their hair. Bring a photo ID. Topkapı Palace is usually closed on Tuesdays.

    Pay securely by card. Every traveler receives a personal e-pass with a unique QR code and barcode — on screen and in your PDF voucher.

    Activate on the day

    Meet the HI NYC Travel team at the activation point in Sultanahmet (map below). Your pass becomes active the moment they scan it — not before, so you choose the day.

  3. 3
    Valid for 24 hours

    From activation the pass is valid for 24 hours. Every traveler has their own code, and an expired pass can't be reactivated.
